Biography

Gary Sironen is a playwright, composer, lyricist, arranger, music director, musician, and singer. He has written or collaborated on several plays and musicals, and he has numerous songs and choral anthems. Gary has also worked in a number of professional bands, as a public school band & choir director, a church music director, and director/music director for a number of school and community musical theatre productions.

 

Gary is the former minister of music at Christ Lutheran Church in Wyoming, MI,

and Secretary/Treasurer Emeritus of the Grand Rapids Federation of Musicians.

 

He is a member of the Dramatists Guild of America, the Association of Lutheran Church Musicians, and the Grand Rapids Federation of Musicians, Local 56 of the American Federation of Musicians.
